When talking about food and 3D printing, the expectations are quite high. Everybody’s thinking about a machine in the kitchen ready to create the most amazing meals by loading capsules of ingredients and just pressing a button. While we might not be that far from this vision (we’ve seen many projects in the past few years aiming at this), there is another face to this revolution that is more discreet.
